All payments received are final and non-refundable. We are a service-based entity and all services performed include an extensive amount of labor. Due to the nature of our business, we do not provide refunds or exchanges of any type.

 If a chargeback is presented by our merchant processor from your bank, we will immediately cease all work on your project until the investigation is complete. If the investigation does not rule in our favor, no files will be transferred to you and the matter will be turned over to civil court. 

Refunds, Exchanges and Chargebacks. Dricka M Carter will not, under any circumstances, provide a refund or exchange on any work that has begun on your project. Once a project has been accepted. Due to our project loads from all of our clients, our time is labor-intensive and valuable. You've hired us to perform this project due to your favor towards past or present projects we've displayed or through other clients' sites we've worked on. Chargebacks will be unacceptable and any chargebacks made to Dricka M Carter will result in debit from payment method on file for the full chargeback amount plus $2,250.00 (inconvenience fee). If a chargeback is received, all work will cease immediately upon receipt of dispute. All products, merchandise and services associated with said dispute will be removed from the live environment and inaccessible for client use until dispute is resolved in Dricka M Carter's favor or cancelled on the client's end. If the dispute is cancelled, a $2,250.00 inconvenience fee will still be charged. Once an inconvenience fee is received, all projects will be restored to live phase.
